Opinion of the Court

In re: State of Louisiana, through the Department of Highways applying for writ of certiorari or review or writ of certiora-ri, prohibition or mandamus.

Writ denied. There is no final judgment. This Court will not interfere with the orderly proceeding in the trial court in the absence of a showing of extraordinary circumstances causing great harm or the showing of irreparable injury.

SANDERS, C. J., and BARHAM and MARCUS, JJ., are of the opinion that a writ should be granted.
