State ex rel. Felice v. Henderson
Supreme Court of Louisiana · Decided November 9, 1973
284 So. 2d 604; 1973 La. LEXIS 6653 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

State ex rel. Felice v. Henderson

Opinion of the Court

In re: Terry Wayne Felice applying for writs of habeas corpus, or alternative remedial writs.

Writ denied. The plea record shows intelligent and voluntary waiver of counsel at plea and on intelligent and voluntary plea of guilty. The probation revocation hearing record shows that there were no requests for counsel and no disputed facts and that counsel could not effectively have been of assistance to defendant. See Gagnon v. Scarpelli, 411 U.S. 778, 93 S.Ct. 1756, 36 L.Ed.2d 656.
