Brummerloh v. Fireman's Insurance Co. of Newark

Opinion of the Court

In re: Ronnie Brummerloh, Individually and on Behalf of the minor children, Kimberly Brummerloh and Scottie Brummer-loh, and Mrs. Sherry Sue Brummerloh applying for supervisory writs.

Writ denied. No error of law.

Dissenting Opinion

BARHAM & DIXON, JJ.,

are of the opinion the writ should be granted. See C.C.P., Art. 1735. Jobe v. Hodge, 253 La. 483, 218 So.2d 566 is in conflict — probably erroneous and should be overruled.
