State ex rel. Lampkin v. Henderson, 284 So. 2d 779 (La. 1973)
1973 La. LEXIS 6394
Barham

State ex rel. Lampkin v. Henderson

Opinion of the Court

In re: Jerry Lampkin applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, habeas corpus and mandamus.

Writ denied. The showing made is insufficient to warrant the exercise of our jurisdiction.

BARHAM, J.,

is of the opinion an evi-dentiary hearing must be had. The allegations in the application uncontroverted would afford relief. The allegations of ineffective counsel require a contradictory showing. An evidentiary hearing should be had.
