CALOGERO, J.,

dissents from refusal to grant. Plaintiff failed to establish good cause for requiring production of books and records of a company unrelated to applicant, insofar as any pleadings or proof in this proceeding indicate.

Opinion of the Court

In re: Walter F. Garvey, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus.

Writ denied: On the showing made, we cannot say there has been an abuse of discretion by the trial judge.

SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted.
