Opinion of the Court

In re: T. R. Langston, d/b/a Langston’s Furniture & Appliances, Inc. applying for Certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Pla-quemines. 286 So.2d 727.

Concurring Opinion

BARHAM, J.

concurs in denial. The trial court award of attorney’s fees may be sustained under an analogous approach to the law on such fees. Court of Appeal was not required to change basis of award.

DIXON, J.

is of the opinion that the writ should be granted to put at rest the right to obtain attorney’s fees for the dissolution of a wrongful seizure under a fi fa.
