Boyett v. Gaushell

Boyett v. Gaushell
Supreme Court of Louisiana · Decided March 8, 1974 · Tate
290 So. 2d 902; 1974 La. LEXIS 3389 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Boyett v. Gaushell

Opinion of the Court

In re: Stevie Lee Boyett applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and for stay order.

Writ denied. The showing made does not warrant the exercise of our jurisdiction.

Concurring Opinion

TATE, J.,

concurs, but he feels that the voluntary waiver of counsel would more clearly be shown if one waiver by each individual was individually ascertained instead of by a group instruction.
