Writ denied. On the facts found, the result is correct.

Dissenting Opinion

BARHAM, J.,

is of opinion the writ should be granted. The innocent third party guest is entitled to damages from the negligent defendant. See Pierre v. Allstate, 257 La. 471, 242 So.2d 821.
