In re: Lawrence Williams applying for Writ of Habeas Corpus, Certiorari, Prohibition and other remedial writs.

Writ granted. Considering the return of the district attorney, the trial court is ordered to grant an out-of-time appeal, returnable upon such date as may be fixed by it.

SUMMERS, and MARCUS, JJ., dissent. This action of the Court is categorically opposed to this Court’s decision in State v. Ash, 257 La. 337, 242 So.2d 535 (1971).
