Writ denied. No error of law. See Tollett v. Henderson, 411 U.S. 258, 93 S. Ct. 1602, 36 L.Ed.2d 235 (1973) and State v. Valentine, 259 La. 1019, 254 So.2d 450, cert. denied 406 U.S. 963, 92 S.Ct. 2066, 32 L.Ed.2d 351 (1972).
