Simon v. Jefferson Davis Parish School Board
Supreme Court of Louisiana · Decided April 19, 1974 · Barham
293 So. 2d 178; 1974 La. LEXIS 3528 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Simon v. Jefferson Davis Parish School Board

Opinion of the Court

In re: Dan Columbus Simon applying for certiorari, or Writ of Review, to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, Parish of Jefferson Davis, 289 So.2d 511.

Writ denied. There is no merit in the three assignments of error.

Concurring Opinion

BARHAM, J.,

concurs. However, some of the findings of the Court of Appeal will not in my opinion uphold the board’s dismissal of relator. There appear to be other grounds where the factual findings of the board will support their action.
