State v. Lee
Opinion of the Court
In re: State of Louisiana, through the Attorney General, applying for Writs of Certiorari, Mandamus and Prohibition.
Writ granted. Trial by judge and without jury is ordered. Defendant’s right to urge this issue in the event of conviction is reserved.
Concurring Opinion
I would grant an alternative- writ, allowing the trial judge an opportunity to defend his ruling.
