Application denied; the application before us does not adequately demonstrate an erroneous conclusion by the Court of Appeal.

TATE, J.,

concurs in denial. Construed as a whole, the Court of Appeal opinion concludes that the plaintiff did not prove that the negligence of the defendant caused the injury complained of by her testimony, in view of the reasons given for not accepting it as sufficient proof.
