In re: State of La., applying for writs of Certiorari, Mandamus and Prohibition and Stay Order.

Writ denied. This application is premature. This Court will not disturb orderly proceedings in the Trial Court in the absence of great harm or irreparable injury and then only where palpable error appears in the ruling complained of.
