In re: Johnny Fraizer applying for Writ of Certiorari, Review, Mandamus and Stay Order.

Application denied. The application before us does not demonstrate an abuse of discretion on the part of the trial judge.

BARHAM, J.,

is of the opinion the writ should be granted. I am further of the opinion that a subpoena to the expert must be honored at any rate and without advance deposit.
