Ordered that the Honorable Israel Augustine, Judge, Criminal District Court, Parish of Orleans, act forthwith on the petition for a writ of Habeas Corpus filed by the Relator in that Court on or about February 15, 1974, advising this Court and Relator of result of action taken.
