Lafleur v. Fidelity & Casualty Co. of New York

Lafleur v. Fidelity & Casualty Co. of New York
Supreme Court of Louisiana · Decided June 7, 1974
301 So. 2d 43; 1974 La. LEXIS 3875 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Lafleur v. Fidelity & Casualty Co. of New York

Opinion of the Court

In re: The Fidelity & Casualty Co. of New York applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus and prohibition. 300 So.2d 508.

Writ denied. This Court will not interfere in the orderly proceedings in the trial court in the absence of great harm or irreparable injury and then only when the ruling complained of is palpably erroneous. We find none of these conditions satisfied here.
