Opinion of the Court

In re: Jerome N. Reid applying for supervisory writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus.

Granted. The state is ordered to furnish defendant with all copies of evidence and other documents required to perfect bills of exception reserved. See R.S. 13:961(F). Defendant is granted 15 days after receipt of such documents to perfect his bills. The right is reserved to defendant to apply for writs to this court within 30 days from date of perfection of hills or assignments of error.
