State ex rel. Jackson v. Henderson
Supreme Court of Louisiana · Decided November 8, 1974
302 So. 2d 307; 1974 La. LEXIS 4187 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

State ex rel. Jackson v. Henderson

Opinion of the Court

In re: Carl Jackson, applying for writ of Habeas Corpus and Certiorari.

Writ denied. On the basis of the evi-dentiary hearing of July 19, 1974, we find no factual merit to the applicant’s contention of an uninformed plea of guilty. The plea also waived the attack on composition of grand jury venire. Tollett v. Henderson, 411 U.S. 258, 93 S.Ct. 1602, 36 L.Ed. 2d 235 (1973).
