BARHAM, J.,

is of opinion the writ should be granted. The public policy of protecting community property interests is not applied equally upon dissolution by demise and dissolution by divorce. The public records doctrine can be applied equally β€”to protect community interest β€” or protect third party purchasers of immovables.
