Not Considered. Since the time for filing writ expired before the extension was granted; the application is not timely. See Wischer v. Madison Realty Co., 242 La. 334, 136 So.2d 62 (1962).

concurs; Wischer v. Madison is not applicable, but applicant has not sought review from the court of appeal, and must exhaust his remedies before application to this court.
