Jones v. Conner

Jones v. Conner
Supreme Court of Louisiana · Decided November 25, 1974 · Calogero, Dixon
303 So. 2d 183 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Jones v. Conner

Opinion of the Court

In re: Royal Indemnity Co. et al. applying for Writs of Certiorari, Prohibition and Mandamus.

Writ granted. Considering the application and the opposition thereto, we supplement our earlier order by limiting the continuance so that we require this trial be re-set for Tuesday, November 26th.

Concurring Opinion

DIXON and CALOGERO, JJ.,

concur in this order, believing that the order of this court issued November 24 was improvident, no abuse of discretion by the trial judge having been shown.
