In re: Thomas R. Adkins, individually, et al. applying for Certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of East Baton Rouge. 296 So.2d 379.
Writ granted. Judgment of the Court of Appeal is vacated. The case is remanded to the Court of Appeal for its review in light of our decision in Holland v. Buckley, 305 So.2d 113, #54317, decided Oct. 28, 1974.
