In re: John G. Menville, Jr., applying for Certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Orleans. 300 So.2d 858.

Writ denied. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal, we cannot say that there is an error of law for our review.

CALOGERO and DIXON, JJ., are of the opinion that the writ should be granted.
