State ex rel. Odom v. Henderson

Supreme Court of Louisiana
State ex rel. Odom v. Henderson, 304 So. 2d 669 (La. 1974)
1974 La. LEXIS 4416
Applicant, Dixon, Entitled, Hearing

State ex rel. Odom v. Henderson

Opinion of the Court

In re: Raymond Odom applying for Remedial Writs of Mandamus, Prohibition and Habeas Corpus.

Writ refused. The prior convictions admission was dealt with on appeal (State v. Odom, La., 273 So.2d 261 (1973)), and there is no merit in this application.

DIXON, J., is of the opinion that applicant is entitled to an evidentiary hearing.
