In re: Mark Prevot, applying for writs of Certiorari, Prohibition, Mandamus and Stay Order.
Writ granted. The ruling of the trial judge is vacated and set aside. The case is remanded for reconsideration by the trial judge in the light of the recent decision of this court in City of Monroe v. Fincher, 305 So.2d 108.
