Ordered that the Honorable Leon J. Le-Sueur, Judge of the 23rd Judicial District Court for the Parish of Assumption, furnish to relator a copy of the transcript of the evidentiary hearing held in this matter on September 13, 1974, within thirty days of the date of this order.
