Granted. An evidentiary hearing is ordered on the allegation of a plea bargain as inducement to plea which was not fulfilled.

SUMMERS, J.,

dissents. The.colloquy at the time of applicant’s plea clearly shows that he was. aware of the consequences of his plea and that his plea was free and voluntary. McChesney v. Henderson, 482 F.2d 1101, 5th Cir. 1973.
