State v. Brown

State v. Brown
Supreme Court of Louisiana · Decided February 7, 1975 · No. 55809
307 So. 2d 632; 1975 La. LEXIS 3703 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)
State v. Brown

Opinion of the Court

In re: Melvin Brown applying for writ of review.

Writ refused. On the issue of competence to stand trial, the showing made is insufficient to warrant the exercise of our supervisory jurisdiction. As to the other matters, there is an adequate remedy by appeal in the event of conviction.
