Parker v. Parker

Parker v. Parker
Supreme Court of Louisiana · Decided February 14, 1975 · Dixon
307 So. 2d 641; 1975 La. LEXIS 3600 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Parker v. Parker

Opinion of the Court

In re: Glenda Nixon Parker applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, Parish of LaSalle, 304 So.2d 681.

Writ denied. We are unable to say that the Court of Appeal erred in finding that the trial judge did not abuse his discretion.

Dissenting Opinion

DIXON, J.,

dissents from the denial. The Court of Appeal did not find that the mother had forfeited her right to custody of the children. The mother is entitled to the custody otherwise Fulco v. Fulco, 259 La. 1122, 254 So.2d 603.
