In re: Jimmy Dale Hopkins, et al applying for Supervisory Writs.
Writ denied. Relator has an adequate remedy by appeal in the event of conviction. Because of the absence of a clear showing of error and the time element, the court does not rule on the matter at this time.
Concurring Opinion
concurs in the denial. There is no showing that a fair cross-section of the population has not been included in the general venire and there is no showing of deliberate discrimination.
