Writ denied. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal, the result is correct.

concurs. The relator’s employer had been delegated the safety supervision of relator and other employees.

agrees to the denial, being of the opinion that the dissent of Judge Watson is correct, except that plaintiff was either contributorily negligent or he had assumed the risk.
