Dissenting Opinion

BARHAM, J.

is of the opinion the motion to quash the jury indictment is good because that grand jury was discriminato-rily empaneled without females. The trial is pending. Taylor v. Louisiana, 419 U.S. 522, 95 S.Ct. 692, 42 L.Ed.2d 690 (1975), applies to this case.
