State ex rel. Robertson v. Henderson

In re: Dan E. Robertson applying for Remedial Writs and Writ of Habeas Corpus.

Writ granted. We construe relator’s petition as an attack upon a Caddo Parish conviction- based upon lack of counsel. Hence the venue was proper. The ruling of the trial judge is reversed and the case is remanded to the First Judicial District Court for the Parish of Caddo for further proceedings.
