In re: State of Louisiana through the Attorney General, William J. Guste, Jr., applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Jefferson. 305 So.2d 687.

Writ refused. The result is correct.

SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted.

Concurring Opinion

BARHAM, DIXON & CALOGERO, JJ.,

concur in the denial being of the opinion that this suit is a collateral attack on a compromise settlement, not a suit to set aside a fraudulent compromise by the highway department. See State ex rel. Guste v. La. Bd. of Hwys., et al. La., 289 So.2d 82.
