Opinion of the Court

In re: Bill Specks, applying for writs of certiorari, and habeas corpus.

Writ granted. The so-called exception of res judicata is overruled and the matter remanded to the trial court for consideration of applicant’s writ on its merits.

DIXON, J., concurs in the ruling, believing that C.Cr.P. 354 requires a hearing.
