Opinion of the Court

In re: Gram Realty Co., Inc., applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of St. Tammany.

Writ denied. Gram Realty Co., Inc. in suit to confirm tax title had burden of proof to establish identity of all property sufficient to transfer title at tax sale. On facts found by Courts below we cannot say the result is incorrect.

DIXON, TATE and CALOGERO, JJ., are of the opinion that the writ should be granted.
