State ex rel. Collins v. Henderson
Supreme Court of Louisiana · Decided June 17, 1975
313 So. 2d 826; 1975 La. LEXIS 4906 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

State ex rel. Collins v. Henderson

Opinion of the Court

In re: Woodman Collins applying for Writ of Habeas Corpus.

Writ denied. Insufficient showing that the gravamen of the second offense to which the applicant pleaded guilty is essentially included within the first offense for which coovicted. See City of Baton Rouge v. Jackson, 310 So.2d 596 (La. 1975).
