dissents from the granting of this writ. The showing made does not warrant the exercise of this Court’s supervisory jurisdiction.

Opinion of the Court

In re: Edwin Moore, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus.

Granted. There must be a hearing on the motion to recuse Judge Augustine, who must refer the motion to another judge. C.Cr.P. 675.
