Opinion of the Court

In re: Gilbert Henry applying for Remedial Writs.

Writ granted to this extent: It is ordered that defendant’s bond be reduced to $50,000.00 on the showing made.

SUMMERS, J., dissents from the granting of the writ, being of the opinion that the bond should not be reduced. DIXON, J., is of the opinion the increased bond should be reduced to $11,000. the amount fixed on July 5. There has been no change since that time in any factor legitimately attacking the amount of the bond.
