Opinion of the Court

In re: David B. Levy applying for Writs of Certiorari, Prohibition, Mandamus and Stay Order.

Writ granted. Conviction and sentence for violation of R.S. 14:98 are reversed in view of our decision in State v. Jones, La., 316 So.2d 100, handed down on June 25, 1975. It is further ordered that this case be remanded to the trial court for a new trial.
