Granted. Applicant is entitled to re-argument under Art. 5, Sec. 8, Constitution, 1974, and the Order of the Court of Appeal denying the motion to re-argue (dated July 9, 1975) is vacated and the motion to re-argue before a 5 judge panel is granted.
