In re: Mrs. Betty Beason applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the court of appeal, Third Circuit, Parish of Natchi-toches. 313 So.2d 626.

Granted. Applicant is entitled to rear-gument in the court of appeal under the provision of Art. 5 § 8, Const. 1974. The Court of Appeal’s denial of rehearing (of June 18, 1975) is vacated, and the matter remanded to the Court of Appeal for rear-gument before a 5 judge panel.
