Writ denied. Under the facts found by the Court of Appeal, we find no error in the result.

TATE, J.,

dissents. Despite the common sense result, the plaintiff landowner is entitled to an injunction to protect his pos-sessory interest. La.Civil Code Art. 667; Poole v. Guste, 261 La. 1110, 262 So.2d 339 (1973).
