Writ denied. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal, there is no error of law in the judgment complained of.

CALOGERO, J.,

dissents from denial. Conclusions of trial court based on matter of fact, particularly where based upon evaluation of the credibility of witnesses and the reasonableness and truthfulness of their testimony, should not be overturned except on a showing of manifest error.
