State v. Colter

Opinion of the Court

In re: Marion Bernard Colter, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus.

Writ denied. The showing made does not warrant the exercise of this Court’s supervisory jurisdiction.

Concurring Opinion

DIXON, TATE and CALOGERO, JJ„

concur in the denial for the reason that the record before us does not reflect that defendant objected to the introduction of the illegally seized evidence on constitutional grounds.
