dissents, being of the opinion the disposition by the court of appeal was correct.

Opinion of the Court

In re: Earl E. Reeves applying for cer-tiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of East Baton Rouge. 312 So.2d 118.

Writ granted. The judgment of remand is vacated and the case is remanded to the court of appeal for a consideration of the amount of damages. See Gonzales v. Zer-ox Corp. et al., La., 320 So.2d 163 (Handed down October 1, 1975).
