In re: Kalvar Corporation applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Orleans. 318 So.2d 71.

Application denied. There is no error of law in the judgment of the court of appeal.

SANDERS, C. J., is of the opinion that a writ should be granted.

dissents. The out-of-state corporation performed acts in Louisiana through negotiations here which led to the contract sued on. It has transacted business here. See La. R.S. 13:3201 (a).
