Application denied. There is no error of law in the judgment of the court of appeal.

SANDERS, C. J., is of the opinion that a writ should be granted.

dissents. The out-of-state corporation performed acts in Louisiana through negotiations here which led to the contract sued on. It has transacted business here. See La. R.S. 13:3201 (a).
