State v. Baker

Opinion of the Court

In re: Loyd Baker on appeal from the 15th Judicial District Court, Parish of Lafayette.

Appeal dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. La.Const. Art. V, § 5(D)2. Treating the appeal as an application for writs pursuant to Rule 1, § 10 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Louisiana, same is denied. No timely objection was made to the police officer’s testimony relative to the P.E.I. test and there is evidence to support the conviction.
