Frazier v. Slumberline, Inc.

Opinion of the Court

In re: Willis R. Frazier, applying for Certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Orleans. 319 So.2d 453.

Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal, there is no error of law in the holding.

CALOGERO, J., is of the opinion this writ should be granted. BOLIN, J., dissents from the refusal to grant. I think the first assignment has merit.
